Winter weekend service is only two journeys each way.

Transrápido buses are fitted with wifi but do not have toilets. Must have the priorities correct!!

Transrápido buses stop only at the places shown on the timetable plus...
although the printed timetable does not say so, these buses also stop at the 'Algarve Shopping' Mall near Guia.
Time at Algarve Shopping 1 minute after Guia going towards Faro, 1 minute before Guia towards Portimão.
They also stop at Portimão Hospital, a few minutes after Portimão centre (towards Lagos) and a few minutes before the city centre going towards Faro.

Accessibility

The vehicles used are what would be called coaches in the UK. They are NOT wheelchair accessible.
They have luggage compartments for big bags. They do NOT have on board toilets, so go before you get on.
There is no time at any intermediate stop.

Direct service from the airport to Albufeira, Lagoa, Portimão and Lagos.
The timetable is here. Reduced to two journeys each way from 1st November 2024 until 1st May 2025 - perhaps.

Tickets

Tickets cannot be purchased on line unless you have set up an account using the VAMUS app.
Seats cannot be reserved. If boarding at a bus station, you buy your ticket at the bus station ticket office if it's open.
Otherwise pay the driver, cash only, when boarding. There is a ticket machine at the airport stop.

Other buses run between Faro and Albufeira (via Vilamoura); also between Albufeira, Guia, Armação De Pêra, Lagos and Portimão.
