LOCAL BUS AND TRAM/STREETCAR OPERATORS IN OTHER REGIONS OF PORTUGAL -Checked and updated where necessary on 21st May 2023 THESE WEBSITES ARE ONLY IN PORTUGUESE UNLESS STATED. MANY DO NOT HAVE A LIST OF TIMETABLES OR BUS ROUTE MAPS! SOME COMPANIES HAVE 'APPS' YOU CAN DOWNLOAD TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE |
|
This list of bus companies has
been compiled as a result of travels around Portugal and
from questions asked. I have compiled summary timetables for some of the long distance routes serving major tourist destinations here. Many rural areas are served by small bus operators who do not have websites. Local council often have no information on their sites. Often the only way to find out if a bus goes where you want to go is to ask at the bus station in a nearby town. |
