SOME WEBSITES NOW HAVE 'APPS' YOU CAN DOWNLOAD TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
list of bus companies has been compiled as a result of
travels around Portugal and from questions asked.
I have compiled summary timetables for some of the long distance routes serving major tourist destinations here.
Many rural areas are served by small bus operators who do not have websites. Local councils rarely have information on their sites.
Often the only way to find out if a bus goes where you want to go is to ask at the bus station in a nearby town.
