Albufeira Giro bus route 6 Operates
between the Bus Station and Laranjal about once every hour,
every day, with extra buses at weekday busy times.
Between the old bull ring (ALDI) and Laranjal Giro 6 stops at the
same places as the VAMUS buses listed below.
Bad news is that between the old bullring and bus station it takes
a very indirect route and takes twice as long as the VAMUS buses.
Giro tickets cannot be used
on VAMUS nor vice-versa.
Buses stop outside the Albufeira
Terrace Shopping centre (Continente supermarket) 3 - 5 minutes
after leaving the bus station, then as on the map below.
Journey time to Olhos De Água is 12 - 15 minutes. The nearest stop
to Albufeira old town is
at Albufeira Terrace Shopping on the Avenida dos Descobrimentos, a
few minutes walk downhill.
